Small group (3-6 ppl) personal training is a dynamic, highly focused workout experience designed for groups of 3-4 people. This setup offers the benefit of individualized attention within a supportive, motivating group atmosphere. Sessions are tailored to the specific fitness goals of each participant, ensuring a personalized approach while fostering camaraderie and accountability. Whether you're working on strength, endurance, flexibility, or specific athletic skills, the trainer provides guidance, modifications, and challenges based on the group’s collective needs and fitness levels. It's a great option for those who want personalized coaching with the energy and motivation of a group setting.

Virtual personal training offers a convenient, personalized fitness experience that allows you to work one-on-one with a certified trainer from the comfort of your home. Through video calls, trainers provide real-time guidance, feedback, and support tailored to your fitness goals, whether you're aiming to build strength, improve endurance, lose weight, or enhance flexibility. Sessions are customized to your level and can include exercises using minimal or no equipment. Virtual training provides flexibility with scheduling, eliminating the need to commute, and allows you to track progress over time with your trainer's help.

Based on the evaluation, receive a personalized Comprehensive Return Program designed to help you achieve your goals, whether it's recovering from injury, improving athletic performance, or simply moving better in daily life.

This Foam Roll & Stretch Class is designed to help improve flexibility, release muscle tension, and promote relaxation. The class combines foam rolling techniques with guided stretching to target key muscle groups, helping to alleviate stiffness, improve mobility, and reduce the risk of injury.
What to Expect:
Foam Rolling: Using a foam roller, you will work on different areas of the body to release muscle knots and tightness, improve circulation, and increase range of motion.
Stretching: After rolling, the instructor will guide you through various static and dynamic stretches to enhance flexibility and improve muscle length.
Breathing Techniques: The class also incorporates deep breathing exercises to promote relaxation and enhance the effectiveness of the stretches.
Whether you’re looking to relieve soreness, improve flexibility, or simply unwind, this class is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels.

Meet the Team
Michaela Carter
Owner of Rehab 2 Fitness
Michaela Carter graduated from Western Carolina University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Pre-Physical Therapy in 2016. Carter relocated from North Carolina to Maryland to pursue a career in the Physical Therapy world.

After working for ATI physical therapy as a Rehabilitation Technician and various other positions for 3 years she realized that her focus was on prevention, not treatment. While still understanding the importance of treatment she set out to find her niche. In October 2020 Carter received her Certified Personal Training (CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as her Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).
After receiving her certifications she worked for Compel Fitness as a Training Director as well as a coach. During this time she saw a need for therapeutic-like services for persons who did not display a medical necessity for clinical services. With the use of stretching and soft tissue as well as therapeutic and corrective exercise she was able to help clients be more successful in their fitness journey.
In April of 2021, Carter birthed Rehab 2 Fitness, LLC to create a place where both athletes and non-athletes could find a one-stop-shop with personal training, stretching/soft tissue work, and Physical Therapy to help them best accomplish their goals. As R2F continues to grow Carter plans to add additional services to guarantee her client’s success.
Dr. Rod Johnson
Resident Chiropractor
Dr. Rod Johnson, a 27 year old native of Ninety Six, SC, graduated from The Citadel Military College of the South in 2019 where he played collegiate football. After graduation, Dr. Johnson chose to go into chiropractic school to avoid serving in the military.

There, Dr. Johnson joined the chiropractic fraternity, Delta Sigma Chi and learned more about the philosophy of chiropractic. He then made it his mission to change the dynamic of health within the African American population by showing that chiropractic is the key to maintaining functionality and health within the human body. He looks to impact every life through love, chiropractic, and his testimony.
